Leading From the Middle: Climate & Culture Conference is a two-day professional learning experience created for the people who shape the everyday climate and culture of schools.
School culture is influenced every day—in classrooms, hallways, team meetings, difficult conversations, student support decisions, and the countless moments when adults determine how they will respond to students and to one another.
Leading From the Middle brings together school culture and climate leaders, administrators, mental health and student support professionals, educators, behavior and intervention teams, and district leaders for practical learning, meaningful conversation, and professional connection.
Participants will explore the people, practices, and systems that influence school communities while developing strategies and shared language they can take back to their schools.
