About Latasha Webster
Latasha is passionate about and specializes in working with individuals who struggle with childhood trauma's, inner-child wounds, managing perfectionism mindsets, challenges with self confidence, navigating life as a parent of a neurodiverse child, managing personality disorders, dealing with anxiety, depression as well as symptoms of other mental health challenges. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and are tailored to the complex dynamics of the individuals she supports. Latasha creates a collaborative, non-judgmental therapy space, where clients can develop healthy coping strategies, become psychologically and emotionally flexible, build self-compassion and embrace their authentic selves.
Latasha Webster is the founder of Personal Best Therapy & Coaching. Latasha graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Social Work and earned a Master of Social Work at Wayne State University. Latasha is a fully licensed, Master Social Worker with a Clinical Specialty (LMSW-C) for the State of Michigan. License Number: 6801094581
