Latasha Webster is the co-founder of Personal Best Therapy & Coaching. Latasha graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Social Work and earned a Master of Social Work at Wayne State University. Latasha is a fully licensed, Master Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) for the State of Michigan.
Latasha's desire is to help support individuals and families face mental health challenges head on and to reduce the stigma that surrounds seeking help.
The mantra "Personal Best" was coined from the understanding that, my best does not look like your best, and at Personal Best Therapy & Coaching, our goal is to support you to be at Your Own, Personal Best, created by your strengths, desires, goals, and determination, not by that of others.
Latasha specializes in individual, child, and family therapy. Latasha has had the opportunity to gain a multi-faceted level of experience throughout her career. She uses an eclectic approach to therapy, using evidence based practices in each session. Latasha is trained and has certifications in Family Therapy Methods, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. It is so important to incorporate creative methods into these evidence based practices, with the clients goals as the priority.
Latasha is passionate about supporting the clients that she works with as well as supporting the community in individual growth, with mental health in mind. Latasha has years of clinical and educational experience, that allows her to support her clients in reaching their goals.

Courtney Webster is the co-founder of Personal Best Therapy & Coaching and concentrates on coaching individuals for personal development and life transitions, with a focus on behavior changes.
Courtney is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He then earned a Master of Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Courtney also holds an Educational Specialist Degree. He has extensive experience providing behavior management protocols and discipline guidelines in high needs educational programs. As a Behavior Specialist and School Dean, he created and implemented data and disciplinary programs to be used by school staff in order to make effective use of behavior data and reduce disciplinary issues.
