Frequently Asked Questions/Concerns

Hours of Operation

Therapy sessions are held by appointment only. Evening appointments and Saturday appointments are available.

Therapy sessions are usually 45-60 minutes long.

We offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone prior to your initial session. You have no obligation to commit or schedule an appointment, but this is your opportunity to discuss your needs and determine if you would like to move forward with therapy.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $100 no show fee.  This fee is due at the time of service. Frequent no-shows may result in termination of services and referral to another provider.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my copay?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
